Le Louis XV - Alain Ducasse à l’Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo(External Link)





With a 35-year existence, this iconic three-star Michelin restaurant continues to set an increasingly high bar for fine dining abroad. Alain Ducasse has appointed Emmanuel Pilon as head chef in June 2022, succeeding Franck Cerutti, who is leaving after 23 years of exceptional service. Maxime Pastor takes over as the restaurant's sommelier. They will both continue to emphasize the richness of Riviera items while also creating exquisite combinations that will never fail to amaze.

Mélanie Serre has joined the team at this 100% organic and wild-caught seafood restaurant on Monte-Carlo Beach. Chef Serre will exhibit local gastronomy and goods with a joyful experience for her visitors, having already opened her own restaurant in Paris.

Fans of the Mediterranean flavors found at Café Cova on Boulevard des Moulins will soon find a new location in the Larvotto area, on the ground level of the new Palais de la Plage. Those with a sweet taste will enjoy the pastries made famous by the original Cova, which was created in Milan in 1817.

The legendary McCarthy's on Rue du Portier has been transformed into Trinity, a gourmet restaurant featuring a cuisine by Chef Justine Piluso, who will be included in the 2020 season of the TV show Top Chef. The gastro-pub meal is served at the Irish-themed bar.


La Maison du Limoncello




The Principality of Monaco now has its own Limoncello! The classic lemon liqueur has made a home on the Rock. La Maison du Limoncello, which opened in summer 2021, welcomes customers looking for a taste of the famous liqueur, which is made on the premises, as well as its own specialties and creations made using local citrus fruits, ranging from green olive paste with Menton lemon to lemon-infused vodka and duck paté with mandarin.

Mauro Colagreco, the chef in charge of the world's greatest restaurant and rated the world's top chef by his peers, has launched a bakery in the Principality. Mitron Bakery is located at La Condamine market in the heart of Monaco, and the concept strives to return bread to its due place among our traditional basic meals. Ancient wheat types are processed before being utilized to make exquisite baked items in a traditional wood-fired oven.
